Erin H. Collier, M.S. is the owner and founder of Collier & Co. Consulting. Erin founded Collier & Co. Consulting in 2005 after working in the non-profit industry for eighteen years. In her work with organizations, she was responsible for project/program development and management, fundraising, public relations, marketing, and providing direct services. Specific responsibilities included event/conference management, research and writing, donor market analysis, strategic planning, developing community partnerships, as well as board development. As a private consultant she has continued these efforts. Driven by the organizations’s mission, her focus is to help them identify and reach their goals.

Before starting her own consulting practice, Erin was the founding Development Director for Child Abuse Response and Evaluation Services (CARES NW) in Portland, OR. CARES NW is the largest medically-based child abuse assessment center in the country. Erin developed the agency’s thriving development program, including its Fundraising Board; initiated, designed and established their two very successful signature fundraising events (which still take place); initiated their major donor program;  and helped lead the agency into its very first marketing and PR efforts. Erin was also the Co-Executive Director of the Domestic Violence Resource Center in Hillsboro, OR and the founding staff person and Program Director for Sexual Assault Support Services in Eugene, OR.

As part of her commitment to making our community a better place and ensuring a quality education for K-12 students, Erin is a member of the LEAP AHEAD Committee-the PAC for the Amphitheater School District. She advocates and fundraises for public schools through her work with school district Superintendents, other district administrators, individual school administrators, families and businesses. 

Erin received her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oregon in Eugene, OR. Erin also attended the University of Nevada Reno where she earned her Bachelor of Science. Erin is a member of the Southern Arizona Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Erin serves on the board of the Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona and is a member of their Marketing and Communications Committee.

Erin is also a flutist and a mosaic artist
